Introduction

BTI's Rapid Documentation methodology is designed specifically for documenting complex, dynamic processes. Rapid Process Documentation is user-friendly and easy to update. BTI has used the Rapid Documentation methodology successfully to create hundreds of procedures manuals for their clients with the financial services industry and other service industries. Our clients are able to reduce their exposures to operational risk and streamline training of new staff.

Our service offerings are designed to provide our clients with the flexibility they need in documenting their processes. BTI works with organizations to provide them with the capabilities they need to rapidly develop documentation; and works with organizations to build their own internal capabilities. Consulting Model
For organizations which prefer to focus on their core capabilities, BTI offers a solution for outsourcing the development and maintenance of documentation. BTI will bring its capabilities and experience in organizing documentation, collecting and analyzing data and building out documentation via our Rapid Documentation methodology to your initiative. Your documentation will be maintained in a secure environment via BTI’s FirmCover application.
Training Model
For organizations which prefer to develop their own documentation capability, BTI offers a solution for rapidly training internal staff and jump starting your initiative. BTI will help your staff develop organizers for your documentation, and will provide hands-on training of your staff in techniques for collecting data, developing documentation and managing your documentation initiatives. We will provide on-going support to your staff through the completion of the capability transfer.
Project Management Model
For organizations which prefer levering the knowledge of their process subject matter experts (SMEs) but are subject to hard deadlines for completing documentation, BTI offers a solution for managing the initiative utilizing SMEs to write procedures.
